These bumps are called milia. They are a build up of dead skin cells, sebum (oil), product residue or just dirt. They are very common and can be lanced by your 413-229-3401Esthetician (me), or a dermatologist. It doesn’t hurt, if lanced correctly, and is fairly easy to extract by a professional.
